Turn Around Time

All on hand items will ship out in 3-4 business days. If we need to order or create a piece for you please allow for a 2-3 week production time. We will communicate that with you prior to ordering as well.

Return Policy

Strict Return Policy: Unwashed, Unworn, with Original Tags on wholesale items only. No Returns on Handmade Goods! Return amount will be the total paid minus return shipping fees covered by Piper's Threads. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method once we have received the item back.

If there is an issue with a handmade item however we will do our best to work with you. We strive for customer satisfaction and hope to dress your littles for years to come as well.
